My service area generally includes ONSITE SERVICE to the Portland Metro Area and local outlying areas, but I also travel into Southwest Washington - Vancouver, Camas, and Washougal. Portland is known as the "Rainy City" but there's no need that your experience with your computer has to be a "Rainy Day Thing." Let me put the sunshine back in your experience with it, and put an umbrella of protection over all your computing experience. While my basic Residential hourly fee is $23/hr and Business fee is $30/hr, no one price fits for all, and I tailor my fees according to your needs, so give me a call and we can discuss fees. Times are tough for everyone, and I've made all my fees especially reasonable to provide an affordable service that helps many folks get their computers running properly without going broke to do it. I don't imply to my clients that I know all there is to know about servicing computers. Anyone who does that is being less than honest with you. There is simply too much involved in computer servicing to be an expert in all fields. I know a great deal in many areas and am continually learning more in the areas I'm less familiar with. I am honest about my strengths and my weaknesses so as to avoid disappointment and wasting your time. Using past experience and a wide spectrum of attained knowledge often I can solve your issue and save you a great deal of money in the process. It is very rare for me to walk away from a client without resolving their issue at a savings over another service that would have charged $30, $50, or $100 per hour. If I feel it has taken too much time to resolve your computer's need I will often reduce my fee in accordance with the time needed to discover the resolution. You will end up happy with my work, and your pocketbook will not have been drained in the process. Courteous Treatment / Reliable Service: Too often service oriented folks tell you they will come, or that they will be there at a certain time, and either don't show up or are late and ruin your schedule. I promise to respect your time and be there as promised. If traffic holds me up you can count on a call to update you. Onsite Service: I'll make it easy and come to you, and will schedule my visits around hours that are most convenient for you. Or, if you prefer I can arrange to meet in a public setting, or last but not least if you prefer to drop off your computer at my home office you are more than welcome to do so.
