In my business I'm often given older computers with defective parts, so I will remove the defective parts from one computer and replace them with fully operative parts from others, and combining them arrive at a completely functioning refurbished computer. In every case each part is checked to determine it is functioning correctly, the hard drive has had all previous partitions removed and reformatted, and the Windows Operating System has been reinstalled with the newest Windows updates.
I load on 14 programs to provide each computer with virus protection, many helpful utilities, optimized for strong performance, and a variety of specialty programs. Because there are a wide variety of free "Open Source" programs available, when clients request, I will install Word Processors, Spread Sheet programs, Sound Adapting programs, etc..
Please remember: These are not new computers. They currently run well, the hard drives indicate they have reasonably good remaining life, but the computers are used.
The following Warranty covers each of the computers listed below:
- Warrantied, by Tom Sparks Services, LLC, to run without defect of service for a 14 day period.
- Beyond the 14 days, and within 60 days, if the hard drive or main board fails, and if the customer provides us with a new hard drive or main board of their choice, we will fully install the hard drive with operating system and/or the main board into your computer, with only a $50 service charge.
- Beyond the 14 days, and within 60 days, if any of the other onboard components fail, and if the customer provides us with a new component of their choice, we will fully install the component for just a $23 service charge.
